SFS is a web based questionnaire designed to obtain student feedback on the quality of subjects and courses at JCU. SFS consists of a core of 19 questions concerning the quality of students' learning experiences; organisation, structure and delivery of subjects; and assessment. There is also space for written comments.

SFS is the only student subject questionnaire available for all JCU subjects, in all modes of offerings, at all campuses. Each subject is evaluated, every time it is offered, at the end of the relevant study period. Students can access the SFS surveys through StudentsOnline. Results are published on StaffOnline shortly after the surveys close. Student identity is not revealed to any University staff.

1. Log on to StudentsOnline
2. click on the Student Feedback about Subjects menu on the left hand side
3. complete one survey for each subject that you were enrolled in for Teaching Period 2, 2010.

• SFS results are not released until after exam results are published.
